Solutia is one of three domestic producers of prime Nylon 6/6 copolymer resins for injection and extrusion applications sold under the Vydyne trade name. Solutia is ISO and QS Certified.
Nylon
Alliance Polymers, through our network of Partners offers Nylons in types 6, 6/6, 6.6/6 and 6/12. Nylon exhibits excellent abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, insulating properties, strength and toughness and in most situations, an inherent V2 flammabilty rating. These materials come with reinforcements including Glass Fiber, Mineral and a Glass/Mineral combination. Products are also available in toughened and Impact Modified formulations.
