Nylon exhibits excellent abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, insulating properties, strength and toughness and in most situations, an inherent V2 flammabilty rating. These materials come with reinforcements including Glass Fiber, Mineral and a Glass/Mineral combination. Products are also available in toughened and Impact Modified formulations.
